Please complete this form to apply for your WinSMS account to be switched to a Transactional Messaging Routing Profile. Please read this short article first to see if you qualify.
Please note that this is for South African SMS messages only.
Please note that once your account has been switched to a Transactional Messaging Routing Profile, you will not be allowed to send General Marketing SMS messages using this account.
If you want to send General Marketing SMS messages once your account has been switched to a Transactional Messaging Routing Profile, you will need to create a new main or new sub account. By default, all new main and sub accounts are classified as General Marketing accounts.
You will be notified once your application has been processed, which will normally be within one working day.
